We want you to love your new kicks, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all footwear is unworn and returned in its original vegan-friendly packaging.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package the Goods

Place the shoes back in their original box and secure them in a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Post

Download your prepaid shipping label or QR code from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
